NekoLink was an ad system very similar to dimden's & dcin's "NavLink", although the big difference is that it only features sites hosted on NekoWeb.org. The ads change every 30 seconds, or upon refreshing.
On June 2nd, it was discovered that Nekolink was shutdown. The purpose of this version is to have an archive for those who were using NekoLink.
As stated, this version is merely an archive and does not plan on adding any sites.
